The verification camera for field teams

Every field photo becomes proof anyone can check.

SnapID Mark stamps trusted time, GPS, address, weather, a mini map, a SnapID code and a QR onto every photo. Recipients scan the QR to see when and where it was taken, and whether it was altered.

Features

Everything a photo needs to be believed

Open the app and you are already in the camera. All verification details are burned onto the photo and stored for comparison.

Server-trusted time

The time on the stamp comes from a trusted clock synced with our servers, not the phone clock. Changing the device time does not change the capture time.

GPS, address & mini map

Coordinates, accuracy, a full street address and a small map right on the photo. Mock locations are detected.

Weather at capture

Temperature and conditions are added automatically, handy for site diaries and claim files.

SnapID code + verification QR

Each photo gets a unique code like SNP-XXXX-XX. Anyone can scan the QR or enter the code to verify it, no account needed.

Photo clock-in

Clock in and out with a single photo, checked against the geofence of each site or location.

Shoot without signal

Photos queue safely on the device, keep their trusted time and upload automatically once you are back online.

Stamps in your style

6 built-in templates, a drag-and-drop editor, stickers, signature, notes, opacity, photo filters and landscape capture.

Vietnamese & English

The interface and stamp labels follow the photographer’s language. Light and dark themes included.

How it works

Three steps: Snap → Stamp → Verify

  1. 1

    Snap

The app opens straight into the camera. Pick a template, tap the shutter, done. Everything else is at most two taps away.

  2. 2

    Stamp

Trusted time, GPS, address, weather, the SnapID code and QR are burned onto the photo. The original and the stamp data are stored separately for comparison.

  3. 3

    Verify

Recipients scan the QR or enter the code at snapidmark.com/v/CODE to see the time, area, integrity flags, and compare the file right in the browser.

For business

Photo clock-in, managed from a web dashboard

One account for personal use and multiple businesses. Staff clock in and out with a photo on site; managers follow everything at app.snapidmark.com.

  • Sites with geofencesDefine sites and an allowed radius; photos taken outside are flagged.
  • Attendance reportsOn time, late, hours worked per day; manual entries when needed, with a change log.
  • Photo review with integrity flagsMock GPS, clock drift, outside geofence, late upload… surfaced clearly for managers to review.
  • Members, roles, required templatesInvite by code or CSV, Owner / Admin / Member roles, lock the company stamp template.
  • Audit log & exportsEvery admin action is recorded; export reports and photos for reconciliation.

Offline & security

Hard to fake. Unbothered by bad signal.

The server is the source of truth: every upload is re-checked and flagged when something looks off.

  • Offline queue

Basements, remote sites: photos stay safe on the device with pre-issued SnapID codes and upload once a connection returns.

  • Trusted time that ignores clock changes

A monotonic system clock counts from the last sync, so changing the phone time has no effect.

  • Mock GPS & tampered device detection

Mock locations, rooted / jailbroken devices and invalid app builds are recorded as integrity flags.

  • File comparison with SHA-256

The verification page fingerprints the file inside the recipient’s browser, with no upload needed.

  • Private by default

The public verification page only shows a rounded area; full details stay inside your workspace.

Stamp templates

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is SnapID Mark free?

Yes. Personal use is free. Every business workspace includes 5 free seats; when you need more, choose a 10, 25, 50 or 100 seat plan.

How do recipients verify a photo?

Scan the QR on the photo or enter the SnapID code at snapidmark.com/v/CODE. No account needed. The page shows the capture time, area, workspace, integrity flags, and lets you compare a file with the original right in the browser.

Can I shoot without a connection?

Yes. Photos are still stamped with trusted time and a pre-issued SnapID code, wait in an on-device queue and upload automatically when you are back online. There is a Wi-Fi-only upload option.

What if staff change the phone clock or use a fake GPS app?

The stamp time does not come from the phone clock, so changing it has no effect. Mock locations, rooted / jailbroken devices, clock drift and photos outside the geofence are flagged for managers to review.

Can one account work for several companies?

Yes. You have a personal workspace and can join several business workspaces, switching between them right from the camera screen.

Where do businesses manage everything?

In the web dashboard at app.snapidmark.com: members, sites and geofences, attendance, photo review, required templates, audit log and exports. Some management actions are also available in the app.

Who can see my photos?

Photos in a business workspace are visible to that workspace’s admins. People with a SnapID code only see the verification page with a rounded area. Details in our Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Or on the web via the Delete account page.
