1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using SnapID Mark (the "Service") you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
2. The Service
SnapID Mark is a camera app that stamps photos with time from a trusted clock, GPS position and address, weather, a mini map, a unique SnapID code and a QR code linking to a verification page. It also offers photo clock-in with geofences, an offline queue, customizable stamp templates and an admin web dashboard for businesses.
We may update, change or discontinue parts of the Service; for material changes we will give notice in the app or by email.
3. Accounts
- You sign in with email, Google, Apple or a phone number and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- Information you provide must be accurate. One account works for a personal workspace and multiple business workspaces.
- You must be old enough under applicable law to consent to personal data processing, or have consent from a parent or guardian.
4. Business workspaces
Each business workspace has exactly one Owner and may have Admins and Members. Owners/Admins can manage members, sites and required templates, and view members' photos and attendance data within the workspace. The business is responsible for informing staff and having an appropriate legal basis when requiring them to use the Service for attendance or field reports.
5. Your content
You (or your business) keep ownership of the photos and content you upload. You grant us the right to store, process, generate thumbnails of, stamp and display that content as needed to provide the Service, including the public verification page. You confirm you have the right to upload the content and that it does not infringe others' rights.
6. Public verification
Anyone with a SnapID code or who scans the QR on a photo can open the verification page and see a watermarked photo, capture time, rounded area, workspace name and integrity flags. Verification reflects the data recorded at capture and upload; it does not replace expert examination or confirmation by a competent authority.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Faking or attempting to fake time, location (mock GPS apps), device or SnapID codes.
- Tampering with, reverse engineering or bypassing the app's security or integrity checks.
- Uploading unlawful content or content that infringes privacy, copyright or third-party rights.
- Using the Service to unlawfully track other people.
8. Fees and seats
Personal use is free. Each business workspace includes 5 free seats; larger plans (10, 25, 50, 100 seats) are charged according to the price list published at the time of purchase. In-app purchases are processed by the App Store / Google Play or a payment channel we designate; refunds follow that channel's policy.
9. Termination and account deletion
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or on the web at snapidmark.com/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Photos belonging to a business workspace may be retained by that business under its own policies and applicable law.
10. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss caused by your device, or third-party decisions based on verification results. GPS, address and weather accuracy depend on your device and data providers.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation; failing that, by a competent court in Vietnam.
