  1. Getting started with SnapID Mark

    Install the app, allow camera and location, take your first stamped photo and learn the difference between Personal and business workspaces.

  2. Account and sign-in

    Sign in with email, Google or Apple, create an account, reset your password, use guest mode and delete your SnapID Mark account.

  3. Camera and stamp

    What the stamp contains, trusted time, GPS location, the Details sheet, logos on photos and how capture works without a connection.

  4. Verify a photo

    Check a SnapID Mark photo with its SnapID code or QR, compare it with the file you received and understand the warnings on a photo.

  5. Teams and attendance

    Join a business with a code or invite link, invite members, the Owner, Admin and Member roles, and photo-based Clock in and Clock out.

  6. Stamp templates, logos and custom fields

    Pick or design stamp templates, share them with a TPL code, set required templates for your team, add logos per template or project and create custom fields.

  7. Admin web app for businesses

    Sign in at app.snapidmark.com, browse and filter team photos, export ZIP, Excel, PDF and timesheets, and update company info and settings.
