The Admin web app at app.snapidmark.com is where Owners and Admins run their business: photos, attendance, members, stamp templates, sites and projects. It works in desktop and mobile browsers.
Sign in to the Admin web app
- Open app.snapidmark.com.
- Sign in with your Work email and password, or Continue with Google. It is the same account as in the SnapID Mark app.
- If you manage several businesses, pick the workspace to open. With only one, you go straight to Overview.
Good to know:
- Only Owners and Admins can use the Admin web app. Members see Admin access required — use the phone app instead.
- No account yet? Click Create an account on the sign-in page — see Create an account. Then create your company workspace and become its Owner.
- Your email must be verified. The Verify your email screen has Resend email, Gmail/Outlook shortcuts, and moves on by itself once you’ve opened the link.
- After several wrong passwords, sign-in is paused for 5 minutes. Use Forgot password? to reset it — see Forgot your password.
- If your business turned on Two-step verification, you need the code from an authenticator app on your phone. Code rejected? Check the time on your phone and use the newest code.
- The Admin web app signs you out after a period of inactivity.
Browse and filter photos
Photos shows every work photo of the business in real time.
- Open Filters to filter by member, project, site, photo type (photo, clock in, clock out), warnings, date or custom field. The search box accepts a SnapID or note.
- Click a photo to open its details: the large photo, time, location on a map, photographer, custom fields and integrity checks (see Photo warnings).
- Checked a photo with a warning? Click Mark as reviewed to clear it from the to-do list.
- Delete photo when needed. The SnapID record remains and the verification page shows that the workspace deleted it; any related attendance record is kept. The Owner can turn off photo deletion for Admins.
The search at the top (Search SnapID, member…) opens a photo quickly when you have its SnapID code.
Export data
In Photos, filter down to the photos you need, then choose an export format:
| Format | Contents | Limit |
|---|---|---|
| ZIP | Original photos + a metadata.csv file |
Up to 2000 photos |
| Excel | A table of photo data, one column per custom field | Up to 2000 photos |
| PDF report | Photos with their details, 2 per page | Up to 200 photos |
In Attendance, click Export timesheet to download an Excel timesheet for the selected dates.
Exports are prepared in the background; when ready, the Admin web app tells you and emails the person who requested it. Download links work for 7 days. Each business can run up to 2 exports at the same time.
Company info and settings
- Company info: company name (shown on every team photo), industry, tax ID, address, phone, website, and what appears on the stamp. This page also holds the Logo library and Custom fields — see Logos and Custom fields.
- Members: invite, change roles, suspend, remove, transfer ownership — see Teams.
- Templates: set required templates, plus logo and details per template.
- Sites & projects: create sites by searching an address, pasting coordinates or tapping the map; set the attendance radius; create projects.
- Access & auth: allowed sign-in methods, required two-step verification for Owner and Admins, idle sign-out time, whether Admins can delete photos, and revoking a member’s sessions. Only the Owner can change security settings. See Block rooted or jailbroken devices.
- Audit log: a history of important changes, kept for 365 days.
- Plan & billing (Owner only): seats in use, storage, buying more seats through the app on a phone, transferring ownership, deleting the workspace.
Block rooted or jailbroken devices
A rooted (Android) or jailbroken (iPhone) phone has had its system protections unlocked. On such phones the time, location or apps can be tampered with, so photos taken there are less trustworthy.
- Default (off): photos from rooted or jailbroken phones are accepted but flagged “Rooted / jailbroken device”. You see the flag in the photo list and on the verify page — see Flags.
- “Block rooted or jailbroken devices” on: business photos (clock-in/out included) taken on a rooted or jailbroken phone are rejected at upload. The employee sees “This workspace doesn’t accept photos from rooted or jailbroken devices” in the pending uploads; the photo does not reach the workspace.
- The employee’s Personal photos are not affected.
To turn it on: Access & auth → switch on Block rooted or jailbroken devices (Owner only). Tell your team before you do, so anyone on a rooted phone can switch devices — rejected photos can’t be sent again.
New businesses start on the free plan with 5 seats. Seats count active, invited and suspended members.
